Depop problem with inserting the shipping information from PayPal to Depop

I decided to sell an item on Depop and sent it internationally. So, I payed for the label and everything through PayPal and everything went well. I sent it through USPS and got the tracking number. Unfortunately when I go to Depop and press on the button "Mark as shipped." I inset all the information and it says "Transaction ID= (a bunch of numbers in here) is in an invalid status for this operation." I domt know what to do because I sent out the iteam today and it's on the way to the buyer.

I had an email saying they would sort it but it still hasn’t been and I received that a couple weeks ago at least!
