Didnot received money in my payoneer what to do now?

Hello Can anybody help me please ??
I usually transfer money from paypal to my payoneer using global payment service. The paypal transaction details showed that the money is transferred to payoneer account but in payoneer account i didnot get any thing ? why

Paypal doesn't support payoneer, you can sometimes add an account but it won't work properly and Paypal advise against you trying.

Dear But i received almost 400$ from payoneer that's the first time i am facing issues

Then you have been lucky, now you are having problems as paypal stated that you may do using that option.
