I don't understand the fees pay pal has charged on my individual transactions. These are US domestic through eBay. One payment to me was $87.94 and the fee was $2.85, which is exactly what I would expect (2.9% plus .30). The next payment to me was $24.13 and the Pay Pal fee was $2.58, which is about 9.4% plus .30. What am I missing? Thanks for any help.
