Discovery Bank Credit Card

Please clarify?

I am in South Africa and would like to know, if i open an account with Discovery Bank, can i link the credit card to Paypal?

i was told :  Discovery Bank is not linked internationally?

If credit card is with Visa or MasterCard network, it can be added.

If you want to add a bank account, do it this way:

You might not need to open an bank account with FNB, just an online profile and use their PayPal withdrawal service. Check the FNB site for more details.

So, Discovery has been around, yet Discovery bank is new.  They have not gone international and thus their card cannot be linked to Paypal yet.  It is a future initiative, until then, i have to keep my Discovery card with FNB, else i won't be able to use my Paypal account at all.  

FNB is the only bank that allows South Africans to link paypal for international and national use.
