Fed ex tracking not updating

Basically when I ship packages using FedEx I update paypal by providing the tracking number and place the status as shipped. The problem is the status never changes through paypal. It still says shipped even though the package was delivered days ago. I go to fedex tracking and put in the same number and it says delivered. My customers (who I talk to even after they recieve rhe package tel me everything was perfect.) I have money on hold because the shipping status will not update on paypal.

Sorry if this situation has caused frustration. I can understand if your money is on hold. 

When it comes to shipment status, we do not have an option that shows delivered. Our system automatically checks your tracking information every day to confirm if it shows as delivered. It looks to make sure the zip code of the delivery matches the customer's information. If it does, it will set a one-day timer to release the transaction. The shipping status will not affect this. If a payment isn't releasing as intended, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
