Back in March we had an account ownership change and we had to reactivate our credit card. There was an erro when tying to put the card info in that just said the card cannot be activated. The phone lines have been closed for weeks and weeks and the message sytem just keeps telling us we have activate our card. There is no card to activate because paypal blocks us entering our card info with an error. I am just grasping for straws. We been unable to use paypal for 2-3 months. I guess im just venting here.
