Funds withdrawal in Algeria?

Hello,

My name is Ahmed from Algeria, I recently started working on some print on demand platforms like RedBubble and TeeSpring and they both use PayPal for payments.

As an Algerian citizen there a lot of limits when it comes to PayPal. First of all, I can not use my funds directly and I need to withdraw to my bank account, the local banks in Algeria do not allow international payments so I can not withdraw my PayPal funds to my account, Payoneer gives a virtual U.S. bank account but it is not accepted by PayPal.

If you guys have any solution to my problem please post it here, I really appreciate it.

Thank you @kernowlass for your response. I already am aware of the agreement and as I mentioned in my previous post I'm looking for an alternative way to receive my funds since Payoneer is not accepted and the local banks don't allow us to receive funds from outside the country for god knows why!

Did you read the section about adding a credit card visa and the funds being auto withdrawn to that card?

@kernowlass Actually I did read that section,

The problem is any credit card issued from an Algerian bank can be used to verify PayPal, however, you can't withdraw your funds to the card itself.

The alternative is getting a visa card from Dukascopy or PaySera bank but I'm not sure if it's allowed.
