Have not received my money in the bank account

Hi all, 

 

I made a transfer from my PayPal account to my Bank Account on 9 of November and still have not received the money in my bank account. 

 

Paypal says that usually takes 2-3 working days but now is more then 15 days. 

 

Any ideas or advices

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
