Hello, I requested a payment from Can Stock Photo but haven't received anything.
The stock's support told me that the money were sent on 17 Sep 2020 but there is nothing on my account.

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
I live in Canada but I'm Ukrainian and I have Ukrainian address as primary under my account. Canadian address is the billing address under my account.
Do you have a Ukrainian or Canadian paypal account
Not sure, but let's assume that account is Ukrainian, how would I be able to receive my payment? As now they're just disappeared.
