Hi Coragonzales. 

Thanks for posting your question in our Community. When you link a new Gcash account this will remove the previous one that was linked. To change this, tap the email field and input a new PayPal email. To confirm that you're changing the linked PayPal account, the app will prompt a message, “Oops! This GCash wallet is already linked to {currently linked email}. Authorizing a new PayPal account will Unlink the existing one.

What if you don’t have another gcash to replace? Does that mean you wont be able to unlink your gcash?

Hi there, been encountering the same problem so I went to GCash support for help. I hope this solution will be of help for you too. Instead of using another Paypal email address input the same email address that was already linked to your GCash. It will prompt the GCash system to automatically unlink and relink your Paypal account. No need for a new Paypal account. It worked for me.

Hi there, 

I can't cash in on Gcash using Paypal. 

GCash Support told me to re-link my PayPal account but there's no option to delete/unlink my existing linked account on the GCash app. 

I don't have 2 Paypal accounts to replace the first one and change it back. 

They sent me instructions on how to link Paypal for the first time and it's not useful. 

I have an alternative email used on my Paypal and when I tried to enter that email, it's still recognized as the same PayPal account, so I don't know what to do. 

I've been going round and round with the GCash Support and PayPal said there's nothing wrong with my account. 

I hope someone here will be able to help.

Hi there,

I encountered the same problem with Gcash. I was told by the Gcash support to re-link my account to Paypal, however, it doesn't show the webpage where I can log-in on Paypal to supposedly be able to re-link. I can't seem to unlink and then re-link so it gets fixed. So this option seems out.

I don't have an alternative Paypal account to link my Gcash to. Just want to re-link the same accounts because it seems the link is broken. I can't cash-in.

Try to get a new gcash card, multiple card with the same name holder I think is acceptable.
