How can i use JCB credit Card for paypal payments manager.paypal.com is not working for me.

"Yes you can. Log in to manager.paypal.com. Click Account Administration. Click Accepted Card Types. Click Add Card Type. Select JCB. Click Add Card Type to add these cards to your account.  Note: Allow about one hour for this update to take effect."

But  this error is displaying:

Hello @nor0880,

Unfortunately we do not allow JCB cards to be added as a funding source in your country. You can add Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
