How do I get my money

I have been paid an amount for a service I provided.  I forgot to ask that they pay me as a "family or friend"....that's what it was.  Now I see the money is there but it's wanting me to do a shipping later and tracking thing.  None of that is necessary as there is no product.  How can I just get the money deposited in my account?  Thanks for your help!  Gwen

Thank you for your question. If you're providing a service, receiving a payment as a goods or services payment is appropriate, and you should not be asking them to pay you with a friends and family payment. Please make sure not to do that for future payments, to remain in compliance with the PayPal User Agreement.

In order to have a chance to get access to the funds more quickly, click to add tracking, and mark the item as delivered. The buyer will have the opportunity to acknowledge that they have received the service. If they opt to do so, the funds will become available more rapidly. If they do not, the funds will remain unavailable for 21 days, at which time they will be released to your available balance to be used or withdrawn.
