How do I move money from AMEX gift cards which have been added to my account into my wallet????

So I won two AmEx gift cards in a contes and registered them with AmEx.  I managed after much trial and error to link these two AmEx gift cards into my paypal account -- 1 card is $150 US and the other is $50 US.

I want to buy something for approximately $230 US.  So I want move the AmEx total of $200 into my paypal wallet and then add another $ US 30 from my debit card which is already linked to my account.  Then I make the online purchase.

How on earth do I do this?  

I am waiting for a call back from PayPal right now.

I don't think you can split payments 3 ways.

you can split payment between your Paypal fund and one credit card or Paypal fund with bank transfer
