Click Send & Request tab in the top menu, enter email address, then enter amount, then select payment type (Paying for an item or service / Sending to a friend,(where available)), then select payment method, then review payment, then finalize payment.

Before taking steps to pay for a purchase, it's necessary to add and confirm a bank account and/or credit/debit card. If you have added and confirmed a bank account and/or a credit/debit card, it may also be necessary for you to provide some information to PayPal.
