I am unable to transfer from funds US dollars to my Indian account. I am not from US and I am staying in India. Please guide me how to do that. Many thanks Khalid
As you have a Saudi Arabia paypal account then sadly you can't.
Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

Hi, I am from India, we have open a paypal account from India, and add all the required details , we select primary currency dollar, but we could not add Indian Bank as well as debit card to withdraw money from paypal account to Indian bank account .We need kind support from your sides.Please help us.
