How to withdraw money from paypal balance to my debit card or bank account if i am not from us.Can u give me some advice ?

I got 2 options with withdrawin money:to your credit,debit,or prepaid card or us bank account.But how i can withdraw money to my debit card? Can you give me link for withdraw with debit card. My country is Serbia.

if your bank is  member of VISA Europe,ask them to give you a visa debit card

I linked my debit mastercard.It is possible my paypal balance withdraw to my debit card in some other way ?

I think in your country you have to have a visa card to withdraw funds.

Double check with your own customer services.

MC wont work,but you can try and see what happens?

if your bank is member of VISA Europe and issues you a Visa DEBIT card,it should work,

But i have another problem when i want something to buy with paypal it said:

Payment refused by PayPal, please use a different funding source

Do you know how to slove this problem ?
