I NEED HELP

Hello I need help on my account 9 days ago i sent a money to my friend, On my Account it showing "Payment sent" but on my activity it's on "Pending" but on the Receiver it's showing "Payment Receive- Denied" and I've been contacted paypal for 8 days! and this is so insane because everyday they just gave me a reason, this day another reason then tomorrow another reason, i just wants my money back because it for a covid patient, i need it to resend, PayPal didn't do anything about it, Please HELP me,

Sounds as if its an echeque being sent from your bank account, normally gives a clearance date but can fail if not enough funds in your bank account to fund that payment at the time paypal request the funds.
