I'm a business registered in Monaco with a Monaco bank. I don't have a routing number. I can't add a bank account.

Does this mean I can't withdraw?

I only have a IBAN number

The option to withdraw Paypal payments is sadly not available in your country.
The only exception is you can add a U.S bank account to other countries paypal accounts. This is because Paypal is a U.S company.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.

Oh I see .. can I withdraw to a credit card I have added then?

Seems that the only option is US bank, not even credit/debit card is mentioned as a withdrawal method. Do you know for sure that I can't withdraw into my credit/debit card? (thanks for your help so far)
