I have a problem receiving money from a freelancing site "rejected by Paypal "

I have an account on PeoplePerHour freelancing site and have funds on the site, I tried to issue a withdrawal request but after 48 hours the money was refunded to my PPH account, and was told that PayPal rejected receiving the money. I already had my phone number and credit card of my country linked and verified so where might be the problem?

It looks like you are both in countries that require a few steps to be completed before you can receive money.
