I have a question, is it possible to convert paysafecard money into paypal?

I do not have a bank account/credit card, and the thing i want to buy isnt available through paysafecard.

So, is it possible in any way ?

Hello I want to know if I can do the other way around. I mean if I can transfer money from PayPal to my Paysafe card. I have the Paysafe MasterCard and I have connected it to my PayPal account but can I transfer money from PayPal to Paysafe? Thanks
