Is it ok to link one of my parent's credit card to my own account?

Hello everyone, Is it ok to link someone else's credit card to your own account? So long story short, I wanted to transfer money to my bank account from my mother's credit card through PayPal. Yes, she also gave me permission to do this and loved the idea, so it's safe to say that the both parties (being me and my mother) have agreed. Now my question is...am I allowed to do this on PayPal, since the Credit Card is on her name? Can I use it to transfer money online safely or even buy stuff with her CC? And if not, what could be a possible way to do this? Should I open my mother her own Pay-Pal account? Please let me know.

Absolutely not. Can only link card or bank account that is under your name. Have her sign up for PayPal account under her name, link her credit card to it and she can PayPal you a personal payment with her linked credit card.

I believe personal payments can be sent by credit card. I can't read German so check PayPal Germany page and click Fees at the bottom to see if personal payments can be sent by credit card for a fee. In the USA we can do that for a fee.
