For several days now, I've been trying to transfer money to my debit card, but the transfer keeps getting denied (w/no explanation) and put back in to my PayPal account. What gives & how can I fix it?

Could be a techie problem.
Have you withdrawn to that card before? If not then have you added / confirmed it with the 4 digit code?
Is it a card Paypal accept and the billing address matches exactly the address on your Paypal account?

The problem is not only related to technical issues, the always justification. Personally, I cannot add a local bank to my account and retrieve my money. My money is stuck in PayPal and I don't know how to proceed. Already added a debit card which is not accepted. Any information how to solve this issue? Your customer service has great problems in supporting its clients from whom you get paid, okay?

I don't think anywhere in my reply to the original poster did I say that the fact it could be a techie problem was the only answer.
Secondly MY clients who pay me?? Really? You do know that this is NOT Paypal customer services but a 'user to user' help forum and I have NOTHING to do with Paypal. I am an Ebay seller who has helped out on here for a long while with NO pay, I get paid from my 'real' job.
Lastly I would help you with your bank account problem but you have not said what country you are in OR added it to your community profile, on top of that you are hijacking the original posters thread.

'on top of that you are hijacking the original posters thread'. Seriously??? I have an issue, and if it's not yours it's mine. Don't take it for personal because it's not. I am from Albania and the only way to add a bank account ( I didn't know about this) is selecting an US bank. There's no need to reply any longer, just wanted to share my point of view with those who have the same issue, this is called democracy and it's falls on the same line with my principles. Yep I know all about restrictions re bank accounts in your country and why the US bank account option is there.
