It has been over a month tat I hav linked my card with PayPal but I haven’t received the code as yet, normally wen ever I hav to link a card then I recieve the code within 5 to 7 days but this time it dint happen, and the second thing is tat when I try and link the bank then it shows a disable error. So please guide me on how to resolve this issue.. Thank you.

1. You can't add a local bank account in your country only a card.

2. Best not to keep adding and removing a card from a paypal account as there may come a time when you can't add it again.

As it is you may need to contact customer services to add it for you.
