Hello,
PayPal holds 100% of my funds above a certain amount, and I'm going to reach that amount in a few days.
PayPal sent me an email regarding this, and that I can request an increase every 30 days, I did not request any increases since last year, but when I log in to my account, I don't see any notification icon, when I go to my money page, I can see what holds I have, but I can't find that button to request an increase.
Any help is appreciated, as there is no phone number to call PayPal now.
A screenshot of the email they sent to me is attached.
