I am trying to link my PayPal to my new Ally bank account and both ways says unable to do this right now and that is all it is saying been trying for 2 weeks with no results.
I read somewhere that Paypal will not allow Ally to be added as Bank due to some kind of risk involving Online Banking. I guess Paypal is forgetting that Paypal itself IS AN ONLINE Bank with no actual branch locations.
Can't get it to work, and linking my Ally to another bank takes 2-3 days. I was expecting to use Paypal right away. Now I have to daisy chain through another account. This is terrible.
