Link BMO US account to Paypal

I have a US dollar account with BMO in Canada and I am trying to link that account to Paypal and it will not let me.  Since I will be getting paid in US dollars for most of my transactions I need the money to go into my US dollar account.

You can only add a U.S bank account and not another countries U.S currency account.
