I recently got a GreenDot bank account and card, but paypal will not let me add the bank. I have my routing number and account number, but when I try to add it I get "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later." I would like to know what is causing this so I can get it fixed and add the bank to my account.
Green Dot is simply not compatible with or accepted by PayPal. Not all banks are. But perhaps, wait a few days and try again just to be sure. If it still doesn't take, then its probably a blacklisted bank.
