Link a Malaysian bank account

I'm wondering if it's possible to link a Malaysian bank account to PayPal.

I see on PayPal FAQ about linking a US bank account to PayPal, but still not sure about if it's possible with a Malaysian bank.

For example, can I link Maybank or CIMB bank accounts to PayPal so that I can withdraw funds from PayPal to those bank accounts?
