This is what I learned today: Davivienda said I need Rut and Cedula to open account but when finally got my turn on the bank, they informed me I have to open it on the android app davivienda movil. The app was asking for my ID since am a foreiner my ID is not like the colombians, so it was never recogniced by the app as a Valid ID and got stuck. Contacted customer service, asking I wanted to create a valid account to connect to my paypal. They informed me only business and premiun paypal account can be linked to a Davivienda account, but I need to be a "persona jurica, comercio o persona natural con negocio" I think all the advertising information about the service is a big lie, is incomplete and is a scam.
