I have signed up for a NEAT (neat.hk) pre-paid card from Hong Kong. I have a Thailand based Paypal account. It seems that I cannot link the two. PP limits links to prepaid cards to the country of the PP account. Is there a way around this? Can I ask PP to allow this link, or can I open a Hong Kong PP account and link the card to this account? Thanks for any advice.
