I have a question: If i entered my IBAN today and the needed papers are coming to the bank in 2-3, can i go to sign and confirm the connect of my bank acc to my PayPal in 6 (or more), or it has a limited time for it? (sry if my English are bad)

You should be fine to wait an extra few days before confirming your information as there generally isn't a timeframe on this.
