Moldova PayPal account - send money to my bank account

Hi Guys,
I received money from my mom from Germany to my paypal account. My paypal account is connected to a moldavian visa card. Now i want to send that money from my paypal account to my Moldavian bank account (because sending paypal money to a visa card doesn't work). To do that i need to link my bank account with paypal. but it doesn't work because it says that my bank doesn't allow those transfers.

Does it mean Moldova is still restricted in some operations? That means the paypal money just stays within the paypal balance?
Or do i need to go to my bank to activate something ( i mean who knows)?
Thanks for help

You can't add a local bank account in your country.
You can only add and withdraw to a linked card.
The only exception is you can add a U.S bank account to other countries paypal accounts. This is because Paypal is a U.S company.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.

Thank you for your answer!
That's the thing. I have at Paypal my Visa card linked and i cannot transfer Paypal money to my Visa card.
Is that as well a restriction because of Moldova?

Hi @Monka123,

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to withdraw to your Visa card. A withdrawal could be blocked for a few reasons. If there's a limitation on your account, you may be directed to resolve some steps in the Resolution Center in order to have access to withdraw again. If not, it is possible that there is a security issue that is causing the security system to prevent the withdrawal of funds to protect them.

If the Resolution Center is not prompting you for information, please contact PayPal customer service to allow a representative to take a look at the situation and guide you through the next steps.

To contact customer service, please click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website for available options, or reach out by Facebook or Twitter.

I hope this is resolved quickly!
