Someone payed me for an item on eBay. They payed and it went to my PayPal. Then I look and it’s refunded when I did not allow a refund. They still have the item they purchased and never sent it back so I know for sure I did not refund. Someone else pays me today for another different item and I go to check and there’s only 5$ in my account on PayPal. He payed me near 30$, and I have that confirmation that he payed on eBay. So my money is being lost, taken, and refunded on PayPal. What is happening!!!!
