Money has not been transferred from my Pool to my bank!

I set up a Pool because I'm struggling at the moment, 12 friends kindly donated to me, I put in my bank details & clicked Transfer but the money hasn't gone through yet & this was last Monday!
I called my bank & they said money from PayPal usually clears in a day or two.
I have called the local number, to no avail & have sent 5 mails on the internal system but have only received automatic responses!
Please advise as I'm getting stressed.
