I have recently sold a virtual game item / code on shoppy.gg. When the person bought it, it said my payment was on hold. its been almost 2 weeks and the money is still on hold. Shoppy already emailed the customer the game code item as soon as they buy. Did i get scammed by the buyer if they dont accept the payment?
