My Missing Withdraw, because Bank Name on paypal isn't update

I withdraw my money to Indonesian Local Bank named : BANK OCBC NISP

in paypal web, i only found one bank name close to this : PT. BANK OCBC INDONESIA (with bank code <removed> )

the withdraw status on the app is completed, but until today, there's no incoming transaction on my bank account

i ask my bank, and they said, the bank name that i choose is no longer exist, because on 2014 the bank merged with the other and the name is PT. BANK <removed> (bank code: <removed> ).

i've report the case to paypal assistand via messege center and they said they wait my bank response first. 

my question is which bank they try to contact? since the bank name that i input is already unexist here.

i'm so frustated, the paypal staff so slow and unresponsive.

anyone with same experience, or if another paypal staff read this i ask your solution instead of asking me to wait and wait until forever

There may be hope if you did a transfer from Paypal to PT. Bank OCBC Indonesia but your bank is PT. Bank OCBC NISP and your Paypal account says completed and you did not receive the transfer into your bank account. We all have been reporting to OCBC NISP about our transfer, but OCBC insist that there is no such transfer because the name is incorrect and must be OCBC NISP and not OCBC Indonesia.

My case began 4 months ago talking to OCBC and then back to Paypal. Paypal have done 2 traces and a few follow-ups but OCBC NISP still have not responded. Well, the last 2 days, I've gone back to OCBC NISP and kept on pushing the matter and they finally realized what I am looking for. You see, we keep on asking for our money missing from our account and they will keep saying name is wrong. BUT, during one of many conversations with OCBC customer service, one of their customer service agent realized that my problem is really, 'Why was the money not returned to Paypal?' not 'Why is my transfer missing from my account'. They are now investigating. I will update the outcome of this investigation when available.

i just read all your problem which was same with me, and im so sorry to hear that too.

one thing i can suggest to you all is dont tired to contact paypal thru message center on app, on twitter. i did that like two-three times per day and keep asking them to give back my money into my paypal account.

tell them to keep call you to hear directly from them by phone and yet, you have to push them to credit back your money into your paypal account.

with that method i was able to get back my money into my account in less than a month since my withdrawal date.

i read there're some of you withdraw your money since last year, so i really sad that they havent credited back to your paypal.

i hope my method will give your money credited back to you soon.

and after you have your money back to your paypal account, i suggest to withdraw it instantly to BANK BCA. it takes only 2 days.

thanks all for your advice.. i have same problem too.. withdraw money from paypal on May 24... the status show completed.. but the fund is not credited to my ocbc nisp account..

have contacted ocbcnisp, but they throw the ball to paypal.. now i have to contact paypal but so far no reply from paypal yet...

Hi, after 4 months tracking with Paypal, Paypal finally settled it and returned my funds back to my Paypal account. You must communicate with Paypal continuously until it is solved. You did your transfer in May but the listing OCBC Indonesia was taken off their bank list in March or April. If you want to use OCBC, you must enter the bank name and code manually and it must be PT. Bank OCBC NISP. Contact Paypal again.

thank you for your advice.. I registered my ocbc bank account longtime before paypal remove it from the list.. (3-4 years ago..i think).. and this is my first time to withdraw from paypal.. usually i used my paypal balance to pay for my travel services like <removed>, ticketing etc...

finally i got my refund back to paypal account.. it's pretty fast tho.. about 3 weeks since i wrote to paypal...
