My Money (Withrew to bank) Missing For More Than 10 Days

I try to contact (call & email) many times to ask the missing money, but until now i still not get any acceptable answer.

So what is the problem and what i need to do?

My bank is in Vietnam, usually the transfer must get through a intermediary bank before money come to beneficiary bank.

My question is what intermediary bank name, but the supporter said that, she can't provide?  

If my money lost, how can i get back?

It is really big money to me

You have to call customer service and ask them to put a trace on the transfer. If the PayPal agent can't do it, hang up and call again until you speak with someone who can help or contact PayPal via social media:
