My paypal account number has been changed without my permission

Good morning, First of all I am sorry for my english, I am not a native speaker. I sent some money (1000,- CZK) from my bank account to my paypal account (number <removed>) but the money transfer wasn’t successful. I found out that my paypal account number has been changed (current number is <removed>. Is there any possibility to get my money back? It was relatively big amount. I would be really glad if you tried to help me.

Hi @PavelKrobis,

I'm sorry to hear that a transfer from your bank to PayPal was not successful. If it has been at least 14 days, I would suggest contacting your bank to initiate a trace of the funds. If it is not yet 14 days since the transfer, please allow that time to see if the funds bounce back to your bank account.
