Hiya, A while ago I got a sort code and an account number from paypal so I can add funds to my paypal balance. This worked fine then. I saved the details with my online banking. I used them again today from bank to paypal and nothing! My money has vanished!! I now can't see how to reobtain those details and there's no help about it at all as when I goto my wallet there is no option to transfer / add funds. Please help. Thanks so much.
Click on transfer below your paypal balance and then click to add funds, there are 2 options, if you click the one where you add the funds yourself via online banking then you need to click to the next page for those details.
If you have no paypal balance in your summary then click on your paypal wallet and scroll down to 'transfer' funds.

Hi There, took me a while to find this. I'm a new member of the community, so hopefully this is useful for others.
You need to click, Wallet, Transfer Funds then the important step or you end up in the wrong place "MANUALLY ADD PAYPAL AS A PAYEE", click continue on the next page and then you get a box with SC, ACC number and your PAYEE REFERENCE ID, which is super important !!
I am in the UK and that is exactly how I did it. I transfer money from my Santander banking app to paypal all the time. The big advantage is that it is FastPay and arrives in paypal in under one minute with no charges.
