Hi - Following a refund request on ebay which I have accepted (as long as item is returned back to me - paid for postage via ebays return policy) I have seen that my paypal balance is negative.
I had withdrawn the paypal balance received from the item sold into my bank account, and then a refund was requested.
The negative account balance is worrying, as I have tried to rectify this by accepting the refund request plus transferring the money from my bank account to paypal, but I am concerned that this will simply go up to £0.
Please help me understand why my balance is negative and how I will issue a refund via ebay if this is negative. Thanks.
