Negative balance but there's no transfer button so I can't resolve it

So I have balance from a purchase since June, it was apparently just a bank transfer. The issue is that I can't transfer to my paypal to resolve the negative balance. On app and website, I don't have the option to transfer money to my account. The only thing I can see is under the negative balance in summary is "Add Money", when I go to click on it it only shows me "More info about your negative balance. Did you recently add money using bank account? It can take 3-5 days before it's reflected in your balance. Have an open dispute? Check your balance again after the dispute is resolved." There's an OK button at the bottom and an X at the top right, clicking both sends me to my wallet without allowing me to send money. I'm 60% sure I haven't sent any funds through my bank as this only started happening today but the last 2 days when I've tried to send funds I'd get an error that would say to try again later. I don't see the transfer money option anywhere whatsoever. I don't know if I should just wait 5 days to see or just call support for a 3rd time this week.

Ways to clear a negative balance.

1. Transfer funds from your bank account via the add funds function.

2. The quickest and easiest way is to get a mate or family member to send a payment via the friends / family option. As long as they don't fund it with a card it should be free.

3. Via a card over the phone with paypal.

4. Or mail a cheque as per link.

5. Buy something and Paypal will normally add the debt to that payment during checkout when you authorise the purchase.
