Log out from the App, use a different browser like Google Chrome or Internet Explorer or log in from a desktop and log in again. Tried with Firefox & Chrome, same result. No 'Add Money' button. My Paypal account is a Philippine verified account, funded by a Philippine verified card. A remittance to another Paypal account worked fine. Is it maybe because I am abroad, not in the Philippines right now ? Does Paypal only work in country ? Someone in forum saying because of different IP ? But hat would defeat the whole purpose of Paypal, to be able to make payments from anywhere.
Need further help as have to fund my GCash account.
Add money feature may not be available for some countries and this is only possible through a Confirmed Bank account(Checking or Savings Account).
It seems like this is not yet available in Philippines. I recommend that you use the "Cash in" process of Gcash if you need to add funds in your Gcash Account. Gcash can let you add funds directly using your bank account as well. Hope this helps!

Add money through Bank Account feature is not available in the Philippines. PayPal is country specific and each country has Rules and Regulations. Your account type is Philippines Personal PayPal Account and Add money through bank account is not offered yet in your country. You can add balance in your account through payments or money sent to your PayPal account. You can also send money or pay for goods/services without adding a balance as long as your PayPal is linked with your eligible card and Bank account.
