No Wallet option to transfer money

I’ve been a PayPal member since 2006. So I’m a little experienced with PayPal and my account dealings. Today I’m a little perplexed and frustrated as to what is going on with the PayPal app and web page. The issue I’m having is I wanted to transfer money from my bank account (debit card) to my PayPal account. However when I go into Wallet it brings me right to my debit/ credit card page with no option to transfer money. Additionally when I open my PayPal account Home Screen there is no PayPal balance listed. Only a Bitcoin add for PayPal in its place. Usually it would say 0.00 even if I had no money in the account. PayPal you really need to work on your ease of use. If there is a reason it’s not working (recently transferred funds, funds on hold, account not verified) then there should be a message that comes up informing the account holder. I have tried both the app and web page log in. Neither work.
