No one from PayPal respond my messages and i dont know what to do about this

Hi everyone. I need help with an issue specifically related with this:

The problem is when I linked my card, PayPal took a few dollars from my acc, but because PayPal didnt notify me about that beforehand, as son as I realized that PayPal took money from my bank account without any apparent reason I kinda panic and unlinked my card right away. The thing is that, afterwards ive learned that:

 

PayPal will charge $1.95 USD to your card and generate a confirmation code on your card statement. After the card is confirmed, we will immediately refund $1.95 USD back to your card. Your card issuer will credit your card balance within 30 days from the date of the refund.

 

If PayPal would had notify me about this before or right after I linked my card, now I would not be here trying to solve this easily avoidable issue. Its not that hard PayPal 😒

 

So now I dont know what I should do and nobody from PayPal responded my messages. A lot of wasted time because the lack of transparency from PayPal.

 

  • If you remove your card or close your account during the time frames above, the return of the credit may not process. In these instances, you  may need to contact PayPal Customer Service to have the charge refunded.

 

Not working. What are my options?
