Order Processed or Shipped, Which status to choose?

I sold an e-item 8 days ago but the money is still on hold. I read that money recieved by selling intangible items and service that need no shipment, will release the hold in 7 days after verification, and all I need to do is to update status.  However, what status should I update to ? Order Processed or Shipped? I tried updaing to either one, it displays that "You’ll get your money within 1 day of delivery". But I have to no need to deliver anything !  Anyone knows what I should do when making an e-item sale ?

usually  i use them both and the money is not released unless i contact paypal message center which helps me alot to release them but it would be more nicer if the money is released itself  automatically , especially when my friends have no option to confirm the payment of them getting the item after 48 hrs..
