PayPal Account in Honduras - Adding Local Bank

Hello -

I am helping  friend in Honduras set up a PayPal account. She has registered, but when she goes to add an external account, it only allows her to add a US account. Can she add a local account? How does she do this?

Unfortunately, the only bank that is able to be linked to a PayPal account in Honduras is a US bank.

PayPal accounts in Honduras can use a linked card for purchases. To withdraw funds a linked Visa card can be used.
