PayPal Transfer (Denied)

I have been trying to transfer money from my PayPal account to my Credit Card (Visa) for like 10 days now, and it keeps pending then (Denied).
I always tried to contact the PayPal supporters but i can't reach em for some reasons!
I even tried to email em, but they replayed with (we sent you in your inbox in PayPal account) but i checked notifications, and i got nothing!
All i need to know is, what should i do to make the transfer words from my PayPal account to my linked Credit Card (Visa)
It's prepared already btw.

When you are withdrawing to a card you will need to ensure that all the details registered to the card match. If the details do not match then there is a high chance that your withdrawal will be returned or will not complete correctly. I would recommend checking that the information you have registered is correct and matches the information on your card statement.

Actually even PayPal automatic transfer that happens every 1st is working fine, and they sent me money and i received it in the card.
So if they can send and i can receive at 1st of every month.
So why i can't transfer by my self using the transfer option! to the same card ?!
i tried with different amounts 1$ 10$ 50$ 100$ 150$ always the same. goes to pending for hours then (denied)
i asked my bank they said they receive nothing, not even a cancelled ones.

I'm very sorry to hear that the withdrawal is being refused. If you've checked all the information to ensure that it matches, this will require the investigation of a representative to look at the details. I know you've tried to contact by a couple of methods and have not been successful. If you're calling the number found by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website during the posted calling hours, you should be able to reach a representative. I'm sorry to hear that you are not able to. In addition to phone and email, we also offer support via PM on Facebook and DM on Twitter. A representative can also look into what's going on with your inability to view your messages in the Message Center and report the issue to technicians if necessary.

First of all thank you so much for trying to help me, much appreciate, and i hope my English is understandable, because i knew it's broken "Self Learning"
So yes i have checked everything, everything is perfectly, even PayPal it self, sent to me the 1st auto transfer once before and it worked.
But when i do that transfer by my self, it always end with denied as the image that i upload shows
i tried to contact them on the Facebook but sadly an auto bot was replaying back, so i couldn't find any solution still.
so i went to the twitter option, but somehow i can't resend them there too!
i don't know what is happening, i believe it should be a really small issue that should be solve so easy, but it require a PayPal Supporter or so 😞
i really need to transfer some money from my PayPal account to my linked credit card (visa) my life needs it!

There was an option for that, and i did, and he told me that i am in waiting list now
I have been in the waiting for like 15 hours now!
I think it's not working right!

No, i don't think so
I am in the waiting list still, should be, but i believe they are not gonna replay back
By the way those are the 2 transfer that PayPal made at 1st the funny part is, both of em success and sent the money that i left -_- cents!
In the same time my transfer was pending with 50 dollars and 100 euro
both of them pending for 10 hours then denied, and the 0.62 and 0.17 that made by PayPal auto transfer at 1st as u see 1 Nov 209 Completed!
So for real, what kind of issues is that, PayPal Can transfer my money, but i can't! for real?!
At this moment, all i want is transfer some money to my Credit Card (Visa) to continue my life
I don't even care anymore if PayPal do it or me, so can PayPal do it please ?!
Here is my Request (Please PayPal transfer all my money from my PayPal account which is

I will be waiting for the replay, please! take it serious because someone here is suffering.
