I sold 2 digital productS on sellix platform on 27th. Now both the payment fund is PENDING. I asked support, in reply they said option to confirm delivery will be available to buyers after 48 hrs of payment. But both the buyers saying they see 'Have you received order' but as text not as link. Now this is frustrating. Sellix is partenered with paypal to avoid these kind of after payment confirmations also sellix takes care of delivery process. I need money urgently and now this happening. Please help.
