Payment received, but Paypal is holding it

Hi! PayPal is holding my money again with a certain transaction. It says I will get the money after 1 day of delivery (this transaction has no physical objects involved).  It specifically says, "Payment received. You have successfully updated shipment information. You’ll get your money within 1 day of delivery." Please help. It has been two weeks and it is still on hold. I have updated the tracking info and the order status. I need to get this money, and it is unfair how PayPal has been withholding this. Thank you.

If tracking is not required, mark transaction as “Processed” like it say here:

After you do that, see if the sender can confirm receipt 48 hrs later, if not then you’ll have to wait after 21 days for release.
