Paypal Refund not in account

Hi All,

I just got a refund completed, however a portion of it was suppose to go into my paypal balance which is not there. For example, I paid $50 by $30 being bank and the $20 being paypal balance. The refund completed, with the $30 being transferred back to my bank (i know it takes time for the bank transfer) but the paypal balance of $20 is not in my account. I do not see it anywhere.

Any refunded balance is transfered to your bank account but may be a bit longer than the payment actually funded from bank account in the first place.

You should read my post again... 

Notice how your linked article says paypal balance is refunded the day of completion? I paid $20 with my paypal balance and it is not there.
